SITE REGULATIONS & GENERAL GUIDANCE
GENERAL USE of the SITE
The site is a ‘mixed use’ commercial storage facility comprising of twenty & forty-foot shipping
containers, purpose-built storage units, offices, and transport storage yards. It is very much a
‘working’ industrial site and at times can be busy. We therefore ask that all clients park, use and
move about on the site in such a manner that does not impede others or present safety issues.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Safety is of paramount importance and as such all clients, visitors and any other personnel
should make their own safety & the safety of others, a priority.
Children must be always supervised by a responsible adult. Pets must always be on a lead and
under control. Out of respect and courtesy we request all dog owners to clean up after their pet, CCTV is regularly monitored to ensure our site remains clean and tidy in this regard.
Climbing on containers, units, walls, or fences is expressly NOT allowed.
We respectfully ask that, when driving through the site, you maintain a low speed to avoid
accidents and injury or damage. When parking your vehicle caution should be used.
The gates at the front of the site leading onto Grange Rd are operated electronically and set on
a timer. Whilst the gate has safety mechanisms built in, parking and standing in the vicinity of
the gates is NOT allowed, at any time.
Any potential hazards should be reported to the company immediately.
PARKING
The site has minimal parking for clients and visitors only. No vehicles are to be left on site
unattended overnight or at any time unless prior permission is sought from the Landlord. Please
do not park where it may block access to containers or units. The cabin offices have parking
priority in the marked bays in front. Parking on site is totally at the owner’s risk.
SECURITY
The gates are automated. Permission to access the site can only be given by the landlords and
must be verified by the client.
The gates close behind you for your security when on site. Ensure you have the means to exit
the site ie your phone. Please do not park across the entrance.
The site is well lit; however, there is no lighting inside the containers.
The site has monitored CCTV for your peace of mind. The gate security camera and the gate
access system records number plates, the mobile numbers calling for access & the time of each
occurrence.
FACILITIES
Water can be made available on site but there are no toilet facilities for container clients.
RUBBISH
All clients are expected to make their own arrangements for the disposal of rubbish, ensuring
that all detritus and/or belongings are kept within the confines of their storage facility.
There are NO bins provided.

INSURANCE
Whilst every endeavour has been made to ensure the security of belongings etc the landlord
accepts no liability for the contents of a container, or vehicles left or parked on site. (please
refer to T’s & C’s). We do NOT provide insurance for the contents of any storage ‘unit’. It is
advised that the client insures their own belongings.
